BioPowder.com offers innovative functional fillers made from renewable raw materials. Our focus is on processing agricultural by-products into powder additives in numerous grain sizes.

Our Olea FP (Functional Powder) product line is particularly suitable as a reactive lightweight filler and as a reinforcing powder, structure agent and surface modifier. We recommend using it in bio-based or conventional plastics or composites, e.g. PE, PE, HDPE, HDPP, PLA, PMMA, acrylate, PVC as well as epoxy and PU compounds.

All of our products are available in both natural and functionalized form. The latter refers to surface-modified particles, e.g. for hydrophobicity, reducing the oil content or increasing compatibility with different systems. We also offer bio-based color particles for creating colored surface structures, e.g. in coating systems.

We manufacture in Spain, use only locally available raw materials and have specialized in the processing of olive pits. These are a by-product of olive oil production and are processed into micronized powders and granules using a resource-saving process.
